Rules: Wake up no later than 6:30 for 31 days straight (including weekends) with a goal wakeup time of 5:30am Monday-Friday. This list will be updated automatically daily and I am sharing it with family to hold me accountable. This could actually be one of the most challenging monthly challenges I’ve ever done and when I make it I will, hopefully, be exultant! This will also require in bed at 930p and reading for a 10p asleep time.
